
Time and money - two things that are often hard to come by as a student. Cooking for yourself for every meal is great in theory.. but not always realistic. Between work and school, sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day. But before you head off to the nearest drive-through, let the Cooking on Campus crew show you how you can cook once and eat for a week!
Don't worry, we're not going to make a 10 gallon batch of soup. Instead, we're taking a few simple ingredients, one cooking technique, and a variety of spices to make five delicious, healthy meals to last you the week! How can you use the same ingredients to make different meals? Let us show you on Tuesday, April 10th from 5:15-6:15PM at the Rec Center in the Outdoor Adventures building. Cauliflower soup, vegetable & tofu curry, chicken and bean burritos, and chicken and eggplant lettuce wraps are sure to keep you happy and healthy despite the hustle and bustle of life!- Chef Meghann
