Have you tried out our menu from Many Meals in One yet? Only having to cook once for the week is something to keep in mind for those hectic weeks filled with exams! Earth Day is just around the corner (Sunday, April 22nd) so, let's celebrate with healthy, delicious, seasonal food in our Eating Green class on Tuesday, April 24th from 5:15-6:15PM at the Rec! Reduce your carbon footprint with our seasonal dishes which we will be preparing: sweet and tangy coleslaw, microwave carrot cake, asparagus soup, and grapefruit & avocado salad with poppyseed dressing.

Can't get enough? Check out UA's Earth Day celebration on University Boulevard at the Main Gate Square on Friday, April 20th from 4-8PM. Stop by Campus Health's tables for information on how to reduce your carbon footprint, home composting, starting an herb garden, and shopping seasonably - and of course to see your favorite student chefs!
