Tasty Travels!

So was your special someone impressed with the "Date Night" menu or what? A lot of people were hesitant to try the beets and fennel, but certainly no one was disappointed! Unfamiliar foods can definitely intimidating, especially if you're a picky eater.

I'd like to open your mind and your palate to some spices and ingredients that aren't in your typical American cuisine for this next class. With lots of heart healthy ingredients like whole grains and legumes, as well as antioxidant rich spices, you're bound to love our next class, "Tasty Travels"!!

See you in the Instructional Kitchen at the Rec Center on Tuesday, February 21 from 5:15-6:15PM to learn how to make some of my favorite international dishes! Pick up your spatulas and let's travel the world, hitting up India, Vietnam, Ethiopia, and Japan!
