Welcome back! I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays, and utilized some of our "Food Gifts" recipes - I know my friends and family especially loved the Cranberry Nut Bread! Our first class of the semester is coming up quick, and what better way to ring in the new year than by celebrating the Superbowl? Now, football food is notorious for being unhealthy. Chips, hot wings, pizza... basically everything is deep fried and smothered in cheese. We want to teach you how to cheer on your favorite team (go Giants!) and still take care of yourself by offering some delicious party recipes that are nutritious and easy to make.

Come to the Outdoor Adventures building in the Rec Center on Tuesday, January 24th from 5:15-6:15PM and learn how to make these tasty recipes yourself! Buffalo chicken strips, zucchini fries, tomato bruschetta, kale chips, and chocolate covered pretzels - you won't be disappointed!
Don't forget to register
